Nice energy/health degen build that you can cast on multiple people in TA and stay alive fairly well on.

-11 health degen, -4 energy regen. Nice healing. With low recast on everything it makes a great Team Arenas build. You can get malaise and wither on every single caster usually. Together they do -4 energy regen and -4 health regen for 37 seconds, that amount of time is unheard of! When malaise gets put on the enemy you get -2 health regen. If you watch your health regen you will notice when malaise runs off because your health regen will go back up. When you notice just recast back on target.
If you didn't already know you can get both wither and malaise off faster by switching weapons to a -5 energy weapon. Both the spells leave when targets energy drops to zero. Supposing that you had a +10 energy weapon on before you switched to the -5 you would lose and instant 15 energy, of course this still rends the target with zero energy at some point in time, so ultimately the spells did what they were suppose to.
