Hello and Well Met!!!! Wintersday is upon us and since this is my first, I am constantly looking for information that will help with the completion of some of the festivities. As it turned out, I struggled through the Save The Reindeer quest and was doing the same with the Save The Stolen Presents quest, when Shannon asked if I had looked for answers to my questions in the GuildWiki. Well, of course not. Why do things the organized way, when I can do them the disorganized way? I usually do things in the latter method and have fun doing so because I find stuff, which I wasn’t looking for in the first place. However, the above-mentioned quests do not have arrows on the compass pointing in the direction, which should be taken, nor do they have little green asterisks on the overhead maps indicating where the items may be found. Since the Reindeer quest takes place in the area around Fahranur, The First City and the Mehtani Keys and the Presents quest takes place in the Plains of Jarin and the Issnur Isles, one must cover large amounts of territory somewhat blind. So, with prompting from Steph, I post here the links to some of this information in hopes that it will help someone else find the information quicker than I did.
The first link will take you to the page, which lists some of the Wintersday Festivities. These links will obviously take you to the pages for the individual quest/mission and provide you with some maps to make your trip a little shorter than mine. The link is rather long as it was the result of a search I did for Find The Stolen Presents quest, but takes you to the above mentioned links page.

For those of you who wish to have just the link to the activity, which they are currently performing, I give you the individual links on the above page:

This may not be the only links available to the Wintersday Festivities. So, please add to this list as you may wish to do so. I hope this information will help all who seek it.
I would like to take this moment to wish all of my fellow Gnosti Se Afton Guild and PCFF Alliance Members a very Merry Christmas and all the best in the coming New Year.

Bill,
This is honestly great research!! I know I'll be using it LOL . Anyway, my suggestion had actually been for you to pose the question for me or us to look it up for you, or post the answer if we had known, but its ok. Maybe this was better.
As for the holidays...thank you so much Bill. And may I add a Happy Hanukah in there for you also. I don't know how many days you have left, but I hope you enjoy them all.~~Maia |
