Keep your weapons close...and your crap ones even closer.Word on the street is some feature in Nightfall will include the ability, through an NPC, to salvage the Mod of your choice from weapons.
Previous, im sure you all know, it was luck of the draw, and i myself saw afew +30hp and a +1 death 20% (twice ffs!) turn into lovely wood! Well, no more if its to be believed.
But more exciting is the Inherant dmg modifiers can be salvaged!...your 15% dmg while health is over 50% (15^50) and such...+5nrg etc.
for nearly all weapons, but mainly melee fighters, this is awesome news! You can now modify your halfarse 13^50 chaos axe or wingblade sword and make it as good as any other sword! should force down prices of rare swords abit.
so if you get a good weapon, req 8,9,10. but poor dmg mod like (18%while Hp is under 50%) just hold on to it, as you might be able to mod it in nightfall and save some dosh.
its all rumors so far...but worth thinking about.
