I think I scored about 24-25, so I am safe for awhile. I need 25 more points to hit worry stage. I'm a responsible user.

Just one thing is it considered an oxymoron? A site called center for Internet Addiction on the web?

On a serious note: Like everything ppl can take things to an extreme or get over their heads. So if you know anybody or have been accussed of being "addicted to the net", take the test.

I found out that most of the questions did not pertain to me. I found out that I surf the net more when I am bored so I did learn something. So if I am not bored, I'm not on. Though I will confess I need GW. So I am addicted to Gw. Since I do not smoke or drink, I will keep GW as my vice. LOl

I think I may be addicted to music too. Always have it on , even when I sleep-lol. Can not live without it. Either that or I have to wear earplugs- very light sleeper here.

Hmm something I will have to look into, see if there is a site for that.

Thanks for the link to the test. I took the test and scored a 51. I guess I am in trouble, however my internet addiction is with respect to the GW game. Otherwise I spend very little time on the internet. My email account is backed up to the point of exploding because I rarely open it up. However I am on this game playing, reading the forums, or reseaching so part of the game all the time. I think about the game at work, while driving, and even in the shower/bathroom. What do I think about??? I dont know, but I know that I am. Am I thinking up the latest strategy??? No. Am I trying to figure out how to beat the game??? No. I believe I think about the people I have just met or have spent time with, the places I have been to, the special scenery I just saw, and maybe, just a little, about how to beat the game. Guess I should take a break.......not!!!!

got a 37... i ll admit i wasnt totally honest. i cant judge myself perfectly and i do lose like some sleep each night spending time online.

most of my time spent online is for looking stuff up and hw but i guess it still counts?
