9 Axe Mastery
Lacerating Chop
Dismember
Axe Rake
Lightning Surge (Elite)
Shock
Conjure Lightning
Heal Sig
Res Sig
Lightning Surge to open on your target, and run to attack. They will be down by the time you get to them. You may choose to shock them to put them down again, but I wait for Lacerating and Axe Rake to be charged first.
